About Me

I currently hold the position of Director - Global Client Engagement. I have over 13 years of experience with a focus on managing accounts and technology programs across different verticals. I have an engineering degree in Computer Science from VTU, a Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis and a Post Graduate Certification in Product Management from IIM Indore. My experience ranges from tech (web and mobile development & support) to sales ops, sales & business development and account management across multiple verticals including Search, high-tech, healthcare, aerospace, telecom and BFSI. I started my journey with Vaco in Aug 2018 with Account Management of a large tech and content moderation program.And over this course of ~6 years I’ve evolved to lead and manage multiple programs and engagements across multiple clients, currently managing a team size of 450+.... My role is to manage stakeholder relationships with a high level of engagement and partnership, driving growth and visibility. Along with managing existing client relationships I also lead discussions with new clients and prospects to hunt for new business opportunities and play a hands-on role in incubation of new pilot projects. Apart from my key business responsibilities I’m also a part of the POSH IC Committee at Vaco and have immensely learnt resilience through involvement in grievance resolution. I also work very closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition functions to onboard the right kind of talent and for team engagement and wellness activities.
